for someone who:

  • Proof of a similar experience of at least 3 years in a high-end establishment
  • Has a training in cooking and must master the HACCP hygiene rules
  • Is rigorous, flexible and enjoys teamwork
  • Is recognized for his leadership and management qualities
  • Is a pedagogue and has a taste for transmission in order to develop his team
  • Knows how to manage stress.
