As part of the restaurant team, your main missions will be to :
Organise and manage the entire culinary production process by supervising a team
Design new dishes and working methods for products.
Work in close collaboration with the head chef
Contribute to customer loyalty and development through his/her performance
Respect and ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards, the quality charter and budgetary requirements (staff training).

Net monthly salary: 2200 – 2300 euros net per month depending on profile
