The hotel has 409 rooms (including 83 junior suites, 12 suites and 4 penthouses), a 900m² Spa and several outlets: La Palme d’Or (2 Michelin stars gastronomic restaurant), Le Jardin du Martinez (main restaurant of the hotel), La Plage du Martinez which is open in season, as well as Le Martinez Bar.

The Chef 

Born in Cannes and found of his Provençal land, Christian Sinicropi work at Martinez Hotel since 2001 and he became chef of La Palme D’Or in 2007. Today the restaurant is a Two Stars Michelin Guide awarded and also a 4 hat and marks 18/20 at Gault&Millau Guide.

Executive Chef at Martinez, he develops his creativity and style for La Palme d’Or and all the other restaurants.
