L’Hôtel compte 54 Chambres et Suites, qui disposent toutes d’une vue mer.
Le restaurant Gastronomique « La Verrière » dirigé par le Chef étoilé Romain MASSET compte 40 couverts sur sa terrasse panoramique.
Le restaurant de plage « La Paillote », à 2 mètres de la plage aménagée de l’Hôtel, propose une cuisine méditerranéenne aux accents Italiens.
Le complexe offre trois piscines extérieures chauffées et un Spa Clarins, entièrement rénové en 2021.

Sous la responsabilité hiérarchique du Second de cuisine, vous assurez le rôle de Chef de Partie au restaurant gastronomique « La Verrière ».
Principales missions :

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) candidat(e) qui possède une réelle passion de la gastronomie et qui est doté d’une parfaite maîtrise des techniques culinaires de bases.
Autonome et polyvalent, vous avez l’envie de vous investir dans un établissement bénéficiant d’une grande renommée.
2 à 3 d’expérience dans un restaurant gastronomique
Esprit d’équipe

Poste à pourvoir à partir du 08mai jusqu’à début Octobre 2023.
Poste nourri, possibilité de logement sur place ou à proximité.
CDD Saisonnier de 43h par semaine
Salaire selon expérience
