As part of the restaurant team, your main missions will be to :
Organise and manage the entire culinary production process by supervising a team whose number and composition may vary according to the establishment.
Develop new dishes and methods of working with products.
Contribute to customer loyalty and development through his/her performance
Respect and ensure respect of hygiene and food safety standards, the quality charter and budgetary requirements (staff training).
